Back-to-back road safety awards wins

We have won the Indigenous Program Award at the 2026 Australian Road Safety Awards – for the second-year running.

The team had a fantastic time at the awards in Canberra in July, where we met awesome people working hard to improve safety on our roads, including Australian Road Safety Foundation ambassador, racing car driver, Craig Lowndes – so exciting!

We are immensely proud of our free program for young mob which now includes a new location, Wangaratta, in North East Victoria – thanks to the generosity of the Gibson Family Foundation.

And we are grateful to Lowes Petroleum Service for its continued fuel subsidy, allowing us to support more learner drivers.

What started as a dream in 2022 with a few used Toyota Yaris cars donated by bus company Kinetic, is now a thriving program supporting hundreds of learners and breaking down the barriers to employment, one driving lesson at a time.
