Four years of changing lives
June 2026 marks four years since On-Country Pathways began its journey, and what an incredible journey it has been.
While we are proud of what we have achieved, it is really about celebrating the people who have made it possible.
🚗 Supported almost 200 young people to achieve their driver’s licence, creating greater independence and access to education, employment, and community opportunities.
Delivered 83 Work Experience Programs, helping young people build confidence, develop workplace skills, and explore future career pathways.
Delivered 46 Job Placement Support Programs, walking alongside participants as they transition int
o employment and supporting them to succeed in the workplace.
Built strong partnerships with schools, employers, community organisations, and stakeholders who share our commitment to creating opportunities for young Aboriginal people.
Expanded from 2 communities to 17 communities across the Riverina, Murray and North East Victoria, increasing our reach and impact across the region.
Made a lasting difference in the lives of young people, their families, and their communities, creating a ripple effect that will continue for generations to come.
The photos in this post capture our team over the past four years; the people who have shown up every day with passion, dedication, and a genuine commitment to supporting young mob to achieve their goals.
To every member of the On-Country Pathways family, past and present, thank you. Your hard work, commitment, and belief in our vision have helped shape On-Country Pathways into what it is today. We would not be here without your contribution.
Here’s to four years of creating opportunities, strengthening communities, and supporting the next generation.
