MARS helps change more young lives as our partnership strengthens
The newest recruits at MARS are on our free Job Placement Support Program
We now have seven young mob working at MARS Pet Nutrition, supported and mentored through our free Job Placement Support Program.
The global brand, based on Duduroa Country in Wodonga, joined us as an Employment Pathways Partner in 2025.
Strengthened partnership
Our partnership has strengthened with each intake of new starters and the recent Cultural Safety Yarn delivered by our team to explore how MARS can continue creating culturally safe and inclusive environments across its sites.
Our three new starters pictured are employed as Production Operators and are part of a co-designed New to Operations program. More roles are expected to be created later this year as additional production lines go live.
We wish our new starters the very best as they begin their careers. We will walk alongside them and their employer for the first year, as mentoring is available for all participants on our Job Placement Support Program.
